Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Always felt that they were there to help me if I needed it - very reassuring in a strange town. Room was OK, not a suite, but just fine for me on my own. Great location in Old Quarter for my needs. Airport transfers worked just as arranged. Good value for money, would happily stay there again if on my own.
Bit of flooding in my room after a bad storm, but quickly mopped up.

Staff is very friendly. We arranged ground tour with the hotel, quoted a very good price as well as advised us beforehand on the options we would like to choose during the tour. Other hotels did not allow them to choose, which left them unhappy during the tour, and the other tourist asked us how come we get to choose the activities before the tour. I would say Pearl Suites Hanoi Hotel staffs were very honest to allow us to choose the tour activities before hand with no extra cost. I would say the hotel is clean, friendly staff. I would recommend my friends here
Entrance of the hotel is at the backlanes. However, it is still ok as not much of noise pollution.

Well organised small hotel, with very attentive staff. They organised my trips to several destinations in and around Hanoi smoothly, and their choices of tour agencies was almost perfect. Value for money and toplocation!

Staff were excellent, helping us with all our tour bookings. There were some miscommunications but the staff handled the situation very well. Will stay there again if we do go to Hanoi again.

Was a nice clean hotel with good internet connection and clean bathrooms, all a business traveler needs.
Breakfast spread was limited, but understandable given the small number of rooms and geuats.

Collected from airport as requested, room is good, not big but plenty big enough for a couple of days. Always cleaned well and was comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful and also organized my Halong Bay and Sapa trekking tours. Their prices matched the best ones I could get elsewhere and to the higher quality I wanted. Very happy with their organization. I would stay here again if I came back to Hanoi.
My only consideration would be for the hotel team to have a uniform, even a polo shirt or shirt, there is a lot of them and this would help differentiate and be more of a focus point.

Very friendly staff Good selection for breakfast We were upgraded so our room was big with a balcony In the heart of the old quarter and very close to shops and restaurants
A little hard to find, down a lane way where the taxi could not go so needed to drag our cases about 40mts
